All Inclusive Package:

EU €1,650.00 per participant entitles the following:

• Three nights accommodation at a top class hotel

Registration Details:

• Registrations are open until 27th April 2009
• 50% payment requested upon registration
• Balance due on April 12th 2009

Online Catalogue:

Online Catalogue of participating companies is due to open on April 13th 2009

Cancelation Policy:

Full refund is possible if cancelation is made before March 31st 2009
Any cancelation between March 31st and April 12th 2009 will involve a penalty of EU €250
No refund is considered after April 12th 2009

Electronic copy of passport at least two weeks before arrival
Passports must be valid for at least six months
Visa application fees are non-refundable
